Straighten up NZ is a set of exercises that takes about 3 minutes to complete. They are designed by chiropractors to open up every joint in your spine which helps you maintain movement and spinal health.
They are designed for all ages and stages of life so are basic enough the whole family can get involved and enjoy them. They are great to increase movement throughout your day especially if you are seated or standing at a desk for work. Remember movement is life! Please only do these exercises to tolerance, do not overdo it or push too hard and avoid certain exercises that may make an injury feel worse or if you have balance issues. Enjoy!

Hi there, I just wanted to say that I just came across this Straighten Up NZ campaign and this video you made. It was really useful thank you. I was wondering if there was any chance you could make another video that is real time so I can do it at the same time and see how long to do each exercise for? Thanks so much for your consideration and keep up the great work!
